Alex Findlay is a Gloucestershire based artist who works primarily in oils. Having experimented with abstract approaches, including abstract expressionism and constructivism, his practice has recently focused on contemporary realism. Within this approach, his ambition is to evoke emotion, inspire imagination and tell stories through distinctive textures, colours and composition.
